Fantastic Relief For Perimenopause
Fantastic Relief For Perimenopause
For years I've been suffering with hot flashes and, major sweats. My clothes used to be soaking just going a block away so, I had to pad myself up with papers towels everywhere. I mean, if I wore a scarf on my head, I had to roll at least two paper towels, placed them across my forward head then, put my scarf on and, before I got to my destination the paper towels were soaking wet.I couldn't wear my clothes outside without putting paper towels under my breasts, between my breasts, under whatever I was wearing, in the middle of my back, etc. put it this way, wherever there was material, I had paper towels. Also, being that the heat and, sun gives me extremely bad headaches, I had to stay in the house for most of the summer.
But, since I've been taking LYDIA PINKHAM tablets which, also comes in liquid, I can actually go on with my everyday life and, out in the sun. Now in the summer, I can enjoy not the heat but, the lack of sweat that used to have me in total agony. Yes, I still pad up but, I don't get as wet as I used to nor, does the sun bother me as much even, when it's humid.
I used to freak my children out when we'd go to the supermarket because, I would have to walk with at least, three or four extra scarves for my head, bras and shirts. Because, as soon as we got to the supermarket, I'd have to change everything. Then, a few minutes later, I'd change again and, again. I had to shop like speed racer moving really fast everywhere I go just so that I could get back home to change and, sit in front of the fan.
All winter, I wore nothing but, sleeveless shirts under a light jacket. While other people were cold, I was still burning up and sweating profusely. But, I'm much better now thanks to my wonderful mom who suggested I use, " Lydia pinkham ". it has changed my life drastically and, in a very short amount of time.
Though, it may not work for everyone I highly, highly recommend it.
PS
If anyone tries it and it works for them, I'd love to hear your story.
All my love, Maxine
